The Basic Kit comes with the Framework and Shell, ready for assembly and completion to give you your own brand new home. If you wish, our Sales Department can help you with everything you need to get the house up and ready to move in. You can choose the cabinets, fixtures and accessories you want.
In addition, we can help you find local contractors to offer complete assembly. A foundation crew will come in and level your ground, set your foundation and make sure all plumbing and wiring is secured underneath, and a few days later the build crew will arrive to begin setting up your home. They'll assemble the shell, apply the exterior covering of stucco or rubberized coating, construct interior walls, install cabinets and fixtures and make sure the house is ready for your finishing touches.
